Refund Policy for HoopGemMystery – NBA Card Mystery Boxes
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on NBA Card Mystery Boxes only if the box is unopened and in its original, undamaged condition. Once a mystery box has been opened, all sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on an unopened, undamaged box.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A photo showing the box is unopened and undamaged
- Your reason for return
We will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return shipping instructions if approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. HoopGemMystery is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
